You will:
- Lead the engagement and monetization charter for Swiggy's ecosystem of apps (consumer, delivery, restaurant, store-partner, etc) to drive business outcomes
- Build & Own long term vision, product roadmaps, competitive analysis, market & domain research, GTM to deliver significant business impact and customer delight
- Have strong know-how of technology that goes behind the product, showcase good understanding of the interaction effect between multiple products, understanding of the impact of technology on the product roadmap and overall health of the product
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business & market-leading & enabling efforts around Market intelligence(market, customer, competition), lifecycle management, finding growth opportunities, etc
What Do We Look For :
- 11 to 15 years of total hands-on experience in product management and more than 5 years of relevant experience in consumer internet, personalization in search & discovery platform
- Solid track record of building and shipping high-quality products to business within the specified timelines
- Ability to manage several managers of managers, a few product managers directly and lead a high performing team of product, design, technology and business folks
- Demonstrated experience in working across multiple products in a BU, its stakeholders and demonstrate a high degree of influence across several teams/functions
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. Highly customer-obsessed thinking with a deep understanding of customer needs and aspirations
- Previous start-up and/or consulting experience is a strong plus Ability to work under pressure in time-critical situations
