- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including alliance partners, colleagues, suppliers and other internal stakeholders;
- Planning, developing and implementing effective alliances for new customer acquisition
- Monitoring ongoing campaign results against expected, and take necessary corrective actions to achieve targets
- Maintaining and updating customer databases, alliance tracker
- Working with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of creatives for campaigns
- Evaluating marketing campaigns and monitoring competitor activity;
- Partnering with the external creative agencies and internal design team for conceptualization and implementation of plans, including but not limited to planning activities & work with the Creative agencies to deliver marketing material
- Focusing on network and stakeholder management, and therefore following up with Business partners/ Channels/ Agencies in order to deliver.
- Partnering commercial team in managing the brand support budget and ensuring that brand spends across activities are within the overall agreed support budget
- Generating MIS for monitoring progress on various business metrics and activities for which marketing is accountable
- Getting consumer / market feedback on ideas/ communication under development and recommend improvements / changes to drive better market shares, and also assist the marketing manager on consumer in sighting projects
Person should have -
- Strong team coordination & leadership skills with ability to coordinate across functions and organizations and ensure the brand's agenda is carried out
- Basic analytical capabilities
- Persistence and patience to work with multiple stakeholders across functions, to get work done
