Swiggy - Assistant Manager - Information Security

IT Infrastructure domain (Compute, Storage, Data center, backup, cloud services etc), we are- seeking an experienced security management professional to join the Security team in the role of Information Security Internal Audit (Assistant Manager). This position will be based in the Embassy Tech village office in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible to conduct risk based Information security audits so that vulnerabilities and flaws within the internal systems of an organization are found, documented, tested and resolved. The findings from such audits are vital for both resolving the issues, and for discovering what the potential security implications could be.- Responsibilities:

- Manage end to end Information Security internal audit lifecycle

- Prepare checklists for various domains and conduct audits against them

- Conduct risk based audits and not limit the audit to checklists

- Knowledge on various standards and regulations e.g. ISO 27K, PCI, NIST etc.

- Stakeholder management and pursuance in getting the audit done on time and getting the finding closed.

- Eye for detail, analysis and good report writing skills

- Good technical knowledge on cloud security and other new technologies

Preferred Qualification:

- Understanding of security frameworks including ISO 270001 and PCI

- Strong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong project management and organization skills

- Demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders

- Ability to establish, implement, and enforce appropriate IT standards to meet business requirements

Good to have:

- Certification: ISO 27001 LA, CISA, CISM, CISSP

- Knowledge of PCI-DSS, ITIL standards, Personal Data Protection, CEH, CCNA - Security, CompTIA Security+
