Job Responsibilities: - - Handle a team of close to 8-14 people (REM/VM/VM-OE) - Lead operational excellence (restaurant driven) and vendor management projects within their assigned accounts/geographies - Form close ties with their accounts by coming up with win-win projects that they run with the accounts (Example: decrease the prep time to get listing boost and a higher last mile) - Ensure the partners work with Swiggy on challenging and mutually beneficial strategic projects - Liaise with the Sales team to get the prospective restaurants - Ensure smooth on-boarding of the restaurants - Train and coach new hires to help in deliverables - Handle escalations that comes across - Work in coordination with the other teams to ensure an appropriate turn-around - Upsell to a select category of restaurants to improve business terms from time to time We are looking for someone with: - - Work experience of 4-8 years with minimum 2-3 years of team management experience - Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred) with proven negotiation skills and effective communication skills - Experience and knowledge of MS-Excel and Data analysis - A drive to execute by building/refining the processes - Experience of working on account management software like Salesforce
