Job Summary:

Qx Lab AI is seeking a skilled AI/ML Programmer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative machine learning models and AI solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for AI and machine learning technologies, eager to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to solve complex problems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily HR operations (employee relationships/ client relationships/handling employee related documents / employee engagement activities)

- Manage contract expiry, Labor & visa renewals & handle exit formalities

- Ensure all the data is timely updated on system & Employee files are well managed & updated

- To ensure all queries are handled amicably and resolved on timely basis.

- To maintain a good rapport & to be a proactive point of contact with employees & clients

- Ensure the daily tasks are well managed & work deliverables are meeting the given TATs.

- Liaising with other departments to manage the renewals/exit activities.

- Educating the employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures.

- Must ensure adherence to data integrity & confidentiality.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Any Nationality

Qualifications:

- Must have good communication skills

- Knowledge on UAE labor law is an added advantage

- Should be able to handle multitasking activities

- Must be good in typing & well versed with MS office

- Must have Experience in the IT Industry.

- A bit of UAE experience in HR field will be useful
