Sway Media (http://sway.media/) is our new venture, where we are building celebrity social endorsement platform for emerging brands.

As your role of Head, Business Development, you have to manage the sales strategy and execution at Sway Media. You will reach out to brands, startups, businesses to run their celebrity endorsement campaign.

Having a celebrity as a brand ambassador is a very expensive job and only few brands can afford it. We want to make celebrities accessible for mid size companies and brands.

We design and execute social campaigns for brands.

We have celebs like : Neha Dhupia, Vivek Oberoi, Ameesha Patel, Nargis Fakhri, Jacqueline Fernandez, Anupam Kher, Neil N Mukesh, John Abraham etc.

We have worked with brands like : Roposo, Just Dial, Paras Pan Masala, Mota's chips, Kale Chips, Asus India etc

Responsibilities :

- Lead Business development by cold calling startups, brands, businesses, agencies.

- Develop familiarity with each business, including products/services, consumer demographics, points of competitive differentiation, economic model and revenue and profit drivers.

- Advocate storytelling principles and visualization, enabling future representatives to elevate their customer conversations.

- Work directly with the founders to execute on monthly sales goals and plans.
