The position requires :
- Project management, prioritizing tasks, creating plans, tracking all client interaction/ideas/expenditures, tracking accomplishments to align with personal and company goals.
- Building relationships with current/past clientele, constantly update and innovate to reach future clientele, working with team to problem solve client questions/concerns. Create efficiencies for sales team to increase production and revenue.
- Recruiting, training, coaching, and ultimately delivering on revenue goals
- Developing and executing industry initiatives to drive new sales and grow existing business
- Managing end-to-end team revenue pipeline (new business and existing business)
- Lead "Sales Call"- training for new hires, and "Managing with Data" training for Sales Management
