Requirements:

- Qualified Graduate/Post Graduate with 5 to 10 years experience only in similar industry of handling Logistics.

- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as able to speak and understand the local language or particular working area.

- Should be able to correspond and communicate with Principals and customers independently.

- Strong accountability and ownership.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Ability to achieve the monthly target.

- Salary range: Negotiation of salary can be for right candidate only.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer or CFO to perform effective risk management and plan the organizations financial strategy. It is a very important and complex role since an organization can only survive if it actively investigates and safeguards its finances.

A CFO must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader since all relative departments of the organization will be under their command.

- Responsible for building the strategic delivery model that will effectively cover the companys current and projected markets.

- Collaborate with product team to drive system and operational improvements that will improve delivery efficiencies and result in lower cost per delivery goals in each market.

- Responsible for putting together and leading third-party partnerships to augment internal logistics capacity to handle surges production capacity, sales, or demand.

- Responsible for directing, training, and workforce management for the logistics department or organization

- Leverage on category management concept and industry analytics to source and secure Transportation and Warehousing Services, ensuring capacity to meet region requirements

- Responsible for complete MIS reporting of all expenses and Income

- Software Oriented, Team Handling.

- Branch Accounting on day-to-day basis.

- Dept knowledge of PTL & FTL accounting.

- Drive the companys financial planning

- Perform risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments

- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks

- Control and evaluate the organizations fundraising plans and capital structure

- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organizations operations

- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)

- Manage vendor relationships

- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports

- Set up and oversee the companys finance IT system

- Ensure compliance with the law and companys policies

- Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
