We also cater to international market and have delivered quality products to Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Turkey.

As a part of expansion strategy, we are looking for someone who can fit suitable to following roles.

Roles and Responsibilities are :

- Report clearly to multiple levels within organization on feedback from the market and tasks progress

- Effectively manage expectations on performance

- Effective in Lead Generation and Management

- Efficient in Market Analysis, Market Research

- Strong experience in Brand Development, Marketing, Product Launches & Promotions.

- To acquire new clients in the specified region/market

- To positively promote the Company, its mission and core values

- Must handle all the promotional activities related to business development in the area

- Must be very effective in Brand Management as well

- Experience in wood or related industry Preferred

- MBA from Reputed B-School

Skills Required :

- Proven negotiation skills, strong communication & presentation skills

- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

Team Management :

- Experience of handling team is a must. 10 to 15 members team

- Strong analytical skills & exceptional clarity in thinking

- Prior experience of marketing campaign handling & planning

Candidate background required (Education & Experience) :

Education/ Qualification: Graduate from Commerce stream. MBA can be an advantage.

- Successfully executed business development opportunities and negotiated partnerships.

- Have successfully increased market presence of the company.
