We are looking for an experienced senior executive to join our team, based in Mumbai. The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading a high-performance marketing team, running the consumer-facing marketing. The person should have an advanced qualification (e.g. Masters or MBA) from India or Outside, and a strong track record of building and managing teams. Previous experiences as a Head of Marketing, being a counter part to the Founder/MD is a plus. Job Description - Responsible for driving Marketing function including paid digital marketing, Social Media, Email campaign management, content driven marketing and outreach for all programs of Northwest Education. The role leads all marketing functions (Digital, PR & Communication and Brand). - Development of Marketing Strategy (consumer-facing and B2B) together with the sales and operations team and integrated campaigns across all channels, including identification of target audiences and crafting of messaging frameworks together with the team. - Driving superior cost efficiencies in all aspects of marketing funnel from interest and awareness to acquisition process. - Building, Coaching and Developing a high performing team responsible for various channels including digital, SEO, Social Media, Website, Blogs and Email campaigns. Responsible for hiring of new team members; constantly raising the talent bar. - Building the use of technology across all aspects of the organization including automation at scale for marketing and sales. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with marketing teams of our Partners Desired Skills & Experience - Atleast 10 years of experience in Marketing and Growth management - Should have significant experience with digital marketing and running in-house marketing and creative teams - Prior experience as a CMO / Head Marketing is a significant plus - Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English is required. You are able to think creatively, communicate strategically and efficiently, both internally and externally. - Excellent written and presentation skills are required - Should have natural inclination and ability to work with people and enjoy people interactions at all times - Should be a team player and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with others - Entrepreneurial, Driven, Ambitious, Persistent, Comfortable in a small team setting, be willing to be hands-on and guide/help/problem solve with the team. - Open to travelling nationally and internationally - Strong academic record with a bachelors degree is required. An advanced qualification is preferred.
