Job Description - We are looking for zealous individuals with strong financial sense and negotiation skills to develop the liability end of our client's business by cultivating and fostering relationships with external stakeholders. The recruit will manage the process of raising funds for marketplace operations and debt capital while engaging with a host of regulators, wealth managers and legal advisers.

Client Details

Our client is a fin-tech company in the working capital space. The Company has developed technology tools based on big data analysis which facilitates lenders to evaluate borrower's credit worthiness and provides other related services. The client is a non-deposit taking NBFC, providing SME lending in India. The Company aims to transform small business lending by making it convenient for SMEs to access credit easily. The Company uses technology and analytics tools, analyzing thousands of data points from various data sources to assess the creditworthiness of small businesses rapidly and accurately.

Description

Manage and lead the identification of, and approaches to Banks and NBFCs that have not previously funded our client; including identification of overseas funding sources.

Funding would be as capital from lending partners on our Marketplace platform or as debt capital.

Build on relationships with existing investors, writing reports to meet deadlines and submitting further applications for funding.

Increase the volume of lending partners on our marketplace platform.

Work with our product teams to utilize customer feedback to drive new initiatives and build products and features valued by our customers.

Create, monitor and manage all documentation and presentation materials required for investment capital for marketplace and debt capital.

Understand due diligence requests from prospective investors, research and gather necessary information.

Liaison with Regulators, Wealth Manager and legal partners like KPMG and PwC on a regular basis.

Profile

The successful candidate must have at least 8 years of Mid Markets or Corporate Banking experience with a demonstrable track record of Strategic Fundraising. Proven track record of meeting challenging income targets and ability to build, manage and develop key stakeholder, client and investor relationships

- Candidate must have strong leadership skills and exceptionally convincing and persuasive written and oral skills with the ability to present and convey complex ideas and issues coherently

- Candidate should be a Bachelors in any stream and CA / CFA or MBA (any stream) from top tier institutions
