SVP - Transversal/Transformation/Transition - F&A Domain - Captive Unit

Looking for Head Transversal (Transition & Transformation), MNC Captive, Pune

- The candidate should have 18 years or more experience in F&A Transition / Business transformation and also preferred to have experience in Operational Excellence including LEAN, Six Sigma & Quality management.

- The candidate should ideally have experience in managing large teams and should be a CA/MBA/ICWA or B.Tech/MTech.

- Capable of providing leadership in business decisions, tracking performance against plan.

- Development of strategic agenda for the transversal functions (transitions/risk/opex/legal and shape the planning process which includes key metrics to drive entity business.

- Actively engage with Internal customers of the businesses, building relationships with the stakeholders and leading commercial negotiations at a senior level

Key Responsibility :

- Providing vertical leadership, large & complex program management, and new transitions and managing implementation of improved processes in transversal functions, and ensuring compliance as per relevant norms.

- Lead Transformation to deliver on efficiency and improvements.

The candidate would be additionally responsible for Enterprise Risk Management function including:

- Identify & monitoring organization level Key Risk indicators.

- Fraud Control frame work, Data Privacy & whistle blowing framework.

Internal Control framework.

Operational excellence programme including LEAN, Six Sigma & Quality management strategy, including promoting innovation culture across the entity.

IT Governance, Information Security & IT strategy, sponsorship & direction of strategic projects & control of the IT budget.
