SVP - Traded Credit Risk - Bank

Looking for SVP Traded Credit Risk, MNC Bank, Mumbai

Incumbent is responsible for managing the credit and market risk for Indian operations covering business segments comprising of Global Markets (Treasury), Corporate Banking and Business Banking / SME customers.

Is responsible for calculation of Potential Future Exposures (PFE) on derivative trades which is required for Regulatory capital reporting & Internal Limit monitoring.

Providing support and guidance to trading, relationship managers and credit approvers on traded credit risks of Global Markets activities, particularly for derivatives products.

Managing relationship with regulators, auditors, industry bodies if necessary.

Identify emerging traded credit risk through portfolio analysis, initiating mitigation strategies.

Extensive knowledge of all aspects of Banking with a strong background in Corporate and Institutional Banking. An overall experience of 8-10 years in related areas within which 5-7 years of experience in traded credit risk management, market risk, treasury finance or treasury operations will be preferable.

Strong Knowledge and understanding of Investment Banking and Treasury products and activities, acquired either through experience and/or formal training.

Knowledge of local laws and regulations, experience in dealing in a complex legal environment, and ability to track the economic, political and social trends and analyze the impact on the bank's asset base.
