SVP/Practice Head - Cash Mgmt/Trade Finance

Position: Vertical Practice Head - Cash Management & Trade Finance (Senior Vice President)

Experience: 18+ Years

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Business Head - Transaction Banking

Job Description:

- Create an appropriate strategy involving sales and internal strength to meet growth objectives

- Follow up and lead all others to execute the business strategy

- Refine practice offerings and create GTM

- Expand associates' competency and capacity to deliver practice offering and projects

- Create and Present our capabilties and solutions to clients/prospects

- Liaising with Analysts (Gartner, Forrester, Celent etc)

- Driving solution creation against RFPs by engaging approp stakeholders within the orgn

- Intelligence creation on Accounts, market, customers while also leveraging corporate marketing and presales groups

- Participate in industry forums

- Create an effective presales and practice delivery team

Qualifications:

- Budgeting and planning experience with revenue targets

- High energy (can-will do attitude) and strong communication skills

- Experience in presales/business development role in IT company

- Corporate banking operations and business expertise (domain expert) - aware of industry trends, solutions, practices etc

- Experience in a bank

- IT/SDLC exposure at some stage in career

- Creative mindset

- Candidate should have started his/her career in Bank and hands on experience in IT organization with consulting flair
