Position: Practice Head - Cash Management & Trade (Senior Vice President)

Experience: 18+ Years

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Business Head - Transaction Banking CTC Budget: 45 Lakhs/A

Job Description:

- Establish / articulate vision for the practice

- Create an effective presales and practice delivery teams

- Very high domain knowledge in Cash Management & Trade

- Capable of owning delivery

- Competency building & Managing Presales for Cash & Trade Practice

- Adding significant support to Cash & Trade business

- Practice differentiation and inspire people (Competency development and service offerings)

Qualifications:

- Budgeting and planning experience with revenue targets

- Strong domain experience in Cash Management & Trade Finance

- High energy (can-will do attitude) and strong communication skills

- Experience in presales/business development

Candidate should have started his/her career in Bank and hands on experience in IT organization with consulting flair.
