SVP - Healthcare - Investment Banking

- Ideation & Origination of transactions with support from team on market intelligence and make presentations to prospective clients for new business development

- Preparation of IM, valuation, financial analysis, due diligence, liasioning with external parties (Regulator - SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Legal Counsel, Accountants, Other Bankers, Registrar, Ad agencies), writing offer document (DRHP/RHP/Prospectus) & marketing through road shows (investors, brokers, press & analysts), conferences in India & abroad

- Engaging in end-to-end deal life-cycle including origination, pitch material, client interaction, information memorandum, financial model, valuation, management meeting, due diligence, negotiation, term-sheet & bringing deals to sign - off stage

- Develop and maintain relationships including client promoter and CXO of large organization, investor & referral partners

- Works closely and effective leadership to manage team of people for smooth execution of mandates & continuous mentoring
