Role and Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to create & implement talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives.
- Managing Manpower Requirements of the Client, for all channels, across functions, levels, and geographies- driving complete spectrum of recruitment and selection.
- Supporting distribution operations, and other functions on manpower requirements across 700+ branches.
- The incumbent will be responsible for workforce strategy, ensure quality and cost effective hirings, adhere to defined timelines, diversity hirings, channel TA strategy, governance, control, compliance, and audits.
- Strategic sourcing, innovative and intelligent ways of hiring through unconventional channels, are imperatives to create a sustainable supply chain for new and replacement positions.
- Adopting Hiring best practices and benchmarking
- Working closely with the Recruitment Agencies, collaborating with the Business Heads/Leaders and cross functional teams, forecast, and build pipelines for future hires and engage in manpower review discussions.
- Recruitment Analytics, Employer Branding and Campus Connect
- Strategize, Plan, Collaborate, and drive execution through the HR Team members.
Qualifications :
- MBA / Post graduate with 18-20 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection, in Life Insurance / BFSI industry.
- Should have been in a national role, driving recruitment teams
- Strong understanding of the Talent Market across geographies with respect to availability, source mix and sustainable channels of Hiring
- Experienced in strategic sourcing for sales and distribution and scale ups
- Strong sense of business, a critical thinker, a team player with a solution and result oriented approach.
