SVP-Pre-Acquisition Head - Risk Management
Exp : 18 - 25 Years
Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role) :
Pre-Acquisition:
1) Effective strategies and processes which ensure portfolio business growth, in line with risk appetite
2) Effective audit strategy, which is able to highlight key weaknesses in our credit policies and processes
3) Responsible for simplifying and increasing level of automation of credit policies and processes in system
Post Acquisition :
1) Performance of Portfolio Actions.
2) Collections Performance.
3) Accurate & Adequate monitoring of relevant policies ( Collections, Portfolio, Account Management, FCU, Bureau) & strategies.
Skills Sets Required :
- Good working knowledge of SAS, Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of other quantitative tools like Answer Tree, SAS E Miner, and R etc. would be beneficial.
- Must have the ability to work effectively within a team and be flexible to work on multiple projects
- Self-starter, with demonstrable ability to work proactively and independently to drive results
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Industry Knowledge of Consumer Risk Management.
- Strong knowledge of Credit Card domain & financials.
- Team Management Experience of at least 5 years.
- Good Communication & interpersonal skills
Must have Qualification:
- A minimum of Master's degree in economics, statistics, operations research, mathematics, engineering, business, or related field with a strong quantitative emphasis
- 15+ years of work experience in risk or marketing roles
- Relevant Experience in a field
- Prior experience of working Credit Card industry
- Prior experience in strategy & Policy role.
