Detailed Role description :

Skill set : Equities, Electronic Trading and Risk Management of which Equities is a Mandatory skill. The candidates should possess Equities along with either Electronic Trading or Risk Management

- 18+ yrs of experience in key areas of Global Markets like Equities, Electronic Trading, Securities / Risk Management / Investment Banking Technology with strong Engineering / Computer Science background.

- Should have global experience in handling distributed teams and deliveries with ability to build & manage the large scale programs across locations.

- Very strong Global Markets Business Domain background with specific knowledge in Equities Trading, Sales, Research and Electronic Trading, Capital Risk, Market Risk and Liquidity Risk Functions.

- Should have ability to face-Off to the Global Management with strong communication, relationship management, leadership and Delivery Management skills

- Should demonstrates strategic thought leadership and should have the ability to provide a vision and lead a large size team towards the defined strategic goals

- Experience in broad spectrum of Technology Areas with at least 10 years of hands on experience in delivering Technology projects in a Global Context (Important)
