IDF : Relationship Manager - Project Finance(SVP/Director)

Relationship Manager - Project Finance will be responsible for originating deals in project finance, manage relationships, . recommend credit decisions as appropriate, lead transactions and manage a portfolio of assets. The RM will also develop and implement marketing and account servicing plans to capitalize on marketing opportunities within assigned market and/or industry segment, develop and support the Company's account management responsibilities, develop new business /relationships and manage the overall profitability and credit quality of existing portfolio, and even manage other staff members.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Experience in relationship management and origination of financing transactions

- Experience in negotiating and presenting acceptable structures on large, complex credits preferably in the infrastructure sector

- Extensive knowledge of non-recourse and structured financing techniques

- Familiarity with inter-creditor agreements, syndications and loan participation/s

- Broad knowledge of industries served as well as products and services knowledge of technical standards in target industry; as well as regional and national regulatory requirements

- Demonstrated proficiency in cross-marketing

- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

- Experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships with external contacts

- Moderate to extensive travel.

- Build and maintain top level relationships with corporates in Infra sectors

- Relevant experience in corporate/ project finance

- Ability to interface with multiple stakeholders

Desired Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or relevant discipline.

- MBA /CA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with special emphasis on finance, accounting & preferably related law aspects

- 10 - 16 years experience
