SVP - Credit & Fraud Risk Model Development & Technology

- The role requires deep understanding of data engineering and modeling techniques as well as credit and fraud risk management lifecycle and IT systems, to translate the same into executable credit, portfolio and fraud management strategies.

- This role is critical for risk mitgation and effective implementation of strategies in risk decision engine/fraud decision engine on almost daily basis while contributing to overall business growth.

1. Identify the key acqusition segments & develop customized acqusition scorecards for each segments

2. Identify the key portfolio segments and develop customized behaviour scorecards for each segment

3. Cutomize collection scorecards for each delinquency stage

4. Oversee self cure models for customized collection interventions & cost control

5. Identify Micro segments for effective portfolio interventions & to maintain acquisition quality

6. Manage transaction level scorecards as input to the authourization strategy and cross-sell qualifiation

7. Ensure application of fraud prevention scorecard

8. Manage propensity models for offering hardship programs

9. Evaluate & recommend scorecards & models to Committee/Approving Authourity

10. Ensure model deployment either in credit & fraud decision engines or turbine/data lake

11. Ensure automation of credit and fraud policies in all decision engines (NBSM/Blaze for aquisition, TRIAD for account management)

12. Create specifications (RFP), select vendor and drive implementation of credit & fraud risk mitigation systems

13. Act as Central SPOC for monitoring all credit department expenses against MOU
