Global Head of Change - Service Delivery (SVP), Location - Mumbai
- The purpose of the role is to drive the change agenda for Global SDU to take us to world class levels of performance and effectiveness as a software product company in the global fintech sector.
- The role will be responsible for transforming our SDU operation to make it fit for purpose in new products and operating models of the next generation LOB.
- Operating alongside and in cooperation with the BAU SDU function the role will be responsible driving best practice and relevant change in 7 key areas;
- Operational readiness, Execution effectiveness, Delivery quality, Customer support, Operational efficiency and agility, Client satisfaction, and Organisational professionalism.
- The function will use both continuous improvement techniques and step change initiatives to identify improvement areas, create quantified best practice goals, establish support and funding and drive initiative execution throughout the Global SDU organisation.
- Working from a sound data grounded foundation a progressive agenda of change will be pursued that balances an accelerated pace of change while preserving the groups ability to execute the ongoing BAU activities.
This role will also assume responsibility for the central Process Assurance, PMO and business intelligence functions.

- Person should be an expert in to Transaction banking in Payments domain.
- Should have handled multiple delivery, programs, projects simultaneously.
- Costing, Budgeting, Interaction with senior stakeholders, P&L activity.
- Should be from Technology background.
- Smart, Proactive with excellent communication skills.
