SVP - Business Legal - Loan Against Property/Home Loan/Property Loans

Key Responsibilities

- Conducting and co-coordinating pre-disbursal due diligence, title search reports, ROC Searches, litigation check etc.

- Co-ordination and perusal of project-based covenants, valuation, architect reports and assisting and advising on the security structure in project-based finance.

- Provides timely, sound, coherent and consistent advice on legal and contractual issues to internal stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.

- Structuring, customizing, drafting, vetting of loan documents, security documents, escrow mechanism.

- Completion and perfection of security creation, post disbursement compliance, monitoring of security covenants, escrow structure, mortgages for real estate loans, infra loans, loan against properties, loan against shares etc.

- Tracking of all legal cases so as to ensure smooth business process.

Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge: Experienced in law and legal processes and litigation risks and controls for lending against immovable assets like home/ commercial property/land etc.) in NBFC/Banks.

Any specific specialization/education: LLB / MBA / CA or equivalent
