SVP - Business Development - BFSI

Job Responsibilities:

- Understanding and analysing Balance Sheet and financial data provided by clients.

- Strategizing for raising / restructuring of resources for clients.

- Making effective high pitch presentation to Companies.

- Making presentations at Seminar, Industry Bodies & Associations.

- Working closely with clients on funding feasibility, financial modelling, business planning. Funding options includes INR & Foreign currencies option to meet requirements of Capital, Acquisitions, Restructuring, Project Funding and Working Capital.

- Establishing strong relations with Promoters / Management of Corporates

- Motivating and Managing Teams to achieve Group business targets.

Candidate profile:

- Minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in the area of Corporate Finance, Business planning and financial modelling for new projects.

- Excellent hands on experience in Equity Market (Private Equity & Capital Market), Risk Assessment, Cash Flow Modeling and Business Valuations, Budget development and management.

- Exposure to raise huge sums of Capital (preferably Equity) to fund growth plans of the company

- Proficient skills on MS Excel and other MS Office Utilities, working in Paperless Environment

The relevant profile must have:

- End-to-end transaction Advisory exposure

- Must have worked on Equity transaction namely M&As, PE syndications and Capital market deals

- Sector exposure - Majorly in Pharma, Healthcare, FMCG, Media, Retail and Banking

- Strong on Leadership and Deal Sourcing

Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance) from premier B-Schools

Should have passed out from 2003 - 2007
