SVCL - Head - Equity & Investment - Fund Raising

Position: Head Equity & Investment (Fund Raising)

Location: Gurgaon

Industry: Reputed NBFC(MFI)

Qualification: MBA(Finance), MS(Finance)

Work experience : 10 - 15 years post qualification

Brief Profile : The incumbent would be dealing with funder's of the organization in presenting the company financials. As such he/she would be required to have strong knowledge of finance and accounts. Prior experience in making banking proposals would be beneficial.

1. DEBT FUND RAISING : 

- Assisting in submission of the Loan Proposals to Banks/FIs

- Preparing the cash flows/Business Plan for the various projects both ongoing and pipelined.

- Follow up with Banks and ensure required note for sanction sent to HO

- Spearheading in initial term sheet from the Banks

- Ensuring the required credit rating for the loans

- Maintaining and Circulation of MIS periodically on Proposals and existing debts.

2. RAISING LONG TERM CAPITAL : 

- Assisting in restructuring/pooling of group assets to enable fund raising

- Assisting in Structured/PE fund raising and related activities

- To leverage on existing banking relationships

- Exposure to Bank Guarantee & Liquidated Credit administration

3. EXPOSURE TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT : 

- Hands on knowledge on the project lifecycle, including data gathering and analysis, cash flow monitoring and reporting, tax compliance, and working with staff members in accounting and execution team to complete projects according to business needs and internal and external deadlines.

4. CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- Coordination with the Banks/FIs/Investors and ensuring timely disbursements

- Coordination with various stake holders within the organization to ensure smooth process flows
