Job Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Responsible for managing and driving the Products team. - Should have a good knowledge of various product options (Liabilities and Retail Assets including Home Loans/Loan Against Property and/or other retail products) available in the market - Must have an experience in Product Policy and process for retail assets and liabilities products - Should have experience in building digital processes for retail assets &amp; the Product Head should own the digital agenda of the bank - Shall be the P&amp;L owner through various product owners in the team - Must possess good knowledge of all Regulatory aspects related to products - Shall be owner of all Governance, Audit and Regulatory requirement for any product lines - Have regular interactions with the Business teams to identify potential and opportunities for building products and processes to increase business - Interact with internal stake-holders, viz. Operations, IT, Audit to device robust process and operational flow - Drive contest and reward programs for building volumes. Evaluate performance and tweak, re-evaluate future programs - Track performance of products once launched in the system; Enhance feature basis dynamics and market feeds - Manage entire analytics for various product lines through Product owners - Engage well with Head-Retail Banking to formulate strategies basis analytics and market dynamics - Should be self driven with leadership qualities and man-management skills - Shall represent and handle all audit, operations and RBI related issues at various committees/ forums Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate would be having minimum 15-20 years of experience in a similar work profile. Candidate should be have a post-graduate degree in Marketing/Finance.
