Position: Product Manager

About the Company: We are a young startup with a passionate team spearheaded by Ms. Birla and funded by the Aditya Birla Group. We are in the evolving stage of setting up a global ecommerce portal.

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

- Own the product in terms of UX and functionality.

- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research

- Understand and analyze user needs and pain points.

- Work closely with operations and understand their daily challenges.

- Manage the lifecycle of existing products.

- Work with team to build and launch new features.

- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research

- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

Minimum Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech from Top Engineering College with 3+ years of relevant product management experience in ecommerce.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong technical/software background moved into product management would be preferred.

- Experience building online services, preferably consumer-facing. Experience launching new concepts or startups a plus.

- Good Communication skills, interpersonal & analytical skills and team management

- Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy & Ability to write and analyze maintainable code.

- Ability to work well and lead cross-functional teams, particularly in supply chain activities & strong problem solving skills.
