Position : Financial Controller (Start-up Beverage Company) Roles & Responsibilities : - Responsible for managing Finance for the Company. This includes : a. Maintenance of books of accounts b. Monthly reporting - both internal and investors c. Preparation of Annual Budgets and Business Plans d. Compare actual vs plan and analyses reasons for variance e. Monitoring cash - Prepare projected P&L every quarter basis quarterly targets. Provide analytical support to the Management on regular basis. - Responsible for statutory compliances like TDS and GST; manage statutory and tax audits, coordinate with Company Secretaries as needed. - Responsible for managing Balance Sheet on monthly basis, ensure balances are reconciled at all times. Keep a keen eye on receivables and work with stakeholders on collections. - Manage relationships with investors - both existing and new. Handle investor queries on financials and performance from time to time. Desired Skill and Qualification : - CA / MBA Finance from reputed institute, with at least 4+ years of working in similar environment, preferably with an independent responsibility. - Start-up experience is preferred, though not mandatory - Sound knowledge in Accounting & MIS; and proven ability to lead the Finance function. - Strong analytical skills - ability to synthesize large amounts of data and summarize information to identify trends and risks. Excellent excel knowledge preferred. - Excellent communication skill - should have the ability to manage conversations with multiple stakeholders, including investors.
