Svamaan Financial Services - Senior Manager/AGM - Social Impact Initiatives

Purpose:

Strategize and Implement Social Impact programmes with measurable outcomes within the approved agenda/verticals as decided by the Organization bearing in mind delivery of value to beneficiaries in our chosen communities/geographies of influence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Formulate the social value strategy and ensure the strategy has the necessary resources and focus to be implemented;

- Work closely with the Business Development in understanding the need

- Ideate, design and implement need-based interventions for beneficiaries in designated communities

- Develop and collaborate with an internal and external network of relationships to maximize the impact of social initiatives

- Develop robust mechanisms to conduct measurable impact analysis of social initiatives

Desired Profile:

- Overall experience of 5-10 years in development sector or in the field of social initiatives or CSR

- Work Independently and collaboratively with business heads and functional leaders

- Excellent Written and Verbal Skills

- Good understanding of government system and public administration and stakeholder engagement

- Excellent organizational and project skills

- Occasional travel will be required
