Job Purpose :
To identify the need, design interventions and deliver programs w.r.t. building of behavioral capabitlities in the organization.
Management Development Initiatives :
- Execution of the initiatives for leadership development as per plan.
- Identification of needs for Supervisory development for each business vertical.
- Develop the content for the programs for Managerial and Supervisory development as per requirement.
- Conduct the MDP programs as per agreed plan.
- Generate reports on on-job-behaviour impact and business impact of supervisory development initiatives.
- Develop self as per the Leadership competencies required for current role and for growth into next level.
Behavioral Skill Building Programs :
- Support in conceptualizing and delivering the behavioral programs aligned with the Business needs for Supervisory Development, TNI based Behavioral Programs and Corporate Induction.
- Participate and contribute in creation of plan / calendar for programs to address behavioral capability development.
- Execute the training on behavioural skills in each vertical as per plan.
- Ensure training effectiveness of behavioural skill programs as per expectations at GLD.
- Enable IDP creation including on job learning for behavioural skills in each vertical.
- Support in execution of specific culture building initiatives like BBS, Suzlon CHEF etc. as per agreed plan.
- Provide support to business teams for their culture building initiatives.
