- The Program Manager in the Transformation Cell is responsible for building strategic initiatives to drive transformation, innovation and diversification in the organization. This role involves research, planning, coordination, and successful execution of programs focused on enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and technological advancements in the organization.

- Develop and implement short & long term planning for special projects, new product / market development. This includes utilizing market intelligence, market research and competition analysis to assess trends and integrate the same into market planning. Implement comprehensive program plans for transformation initiatives.

- Analyze new business ideas emerging the energy corridor, create business case and present to the management. Define clear objectives, scope, milestones, and resource requirements for each project within the transformation cell. - Preferred Candidate should be from IIM or ISB pass-out. Should have experience in Renewable or Power sector. Experience required 2-7 Years.
