Key Responsibility & Activities :
Leadership Development :
- Analyse the needs w.r.t. Leadership development for each business vertical.
- Design programs and develop content for addressing Leadership development needs.
- Execute Leadership Development initiatives as per agreed plan.
- Design and execute IDP process for S1-S4 leaders in the organization.
- Contribute as per requirement for execution of development centres for identified leaders.
- Develop self as per the Leadership competence required at current level and as per the requirement for growth into next level.

Managerial & Supervsory Development :
- Identify needs for the Managerial and Supervisory development for each business vertical.
- Execute the Managerial and Supervisory development initiatives as per agreed plan.
- Generate reports on on-job-behaviour impact and business impact of managerial and supervisory development initiatives."

Behavioral Skill Builders :
- Enable TNI and do TNA on the data obtained as per plan.
- Design programs to address the training needs identified.
- Publish an approved training calendar based on TNA and business priorities- to be inline with business requirements and budgets.
- Execute the training on behavioural skills in each vertical as per plan.
- Ensure training effectiveness of behavioural skill programs as per expectations at GLD.
- Enable IDP creation including on job learning for behavioural skills in each vertical.

Culture Building :
- Plan and execute specific culture building initiatives like BBS, Suzlon CHEF etc. as per agreed plan.
- Provide support to business teams for their culture building initiatives.
- Foster a positive team working culture within the GLD team.
% of Time Spent : 15%
Prior exposure and familiarity:
- Prior experience of working preferably on leadership development, coaching, creating IDPs, assessment centers and competency mapping.
Major Challenges:
- Dynamic changing business scenario of company
Parameters for Success:
Financial Metric(s) : Adhearance to training budgets
Non Financial Metric(s) : Creation of IDPs for 50 leaders, planning and execution of development centers, planning and execution of leadership development initiatives in line with GLD strategy and plan.

- BU HRs, CHRO, EG, Vertical Heads
External Interactions/ Stakeholders: Training Agencies
Soft Skills : Communication, Collaboration, Strategic planning of developmental initiatives
Special Certification Course : Coaching, Training, Psychometric tools
Relevant Experience: 5 years
