1. Performance Monitoring & Improvement of Group Companies
a. Support the Supervisory Group of the company in driving performance across various Group companies
i. Proactively identify avenues Improve existing review mechanisms as required
ii. Follow-up on key areas of concern to review progress and slippages
iii. Develop relationships with second line leadership to get the a view of on-the-ground situations and to ensure timely communication of key recommendations
iv. Support long range planning and annual operating planning for the group companies and for the corporate center
b. Design and roll out key performance indicators for the Group Businesses
c. Drive key Business Review processes - eg. monthly review meetings, quarterly board & committee meetings, etc
d. Responsible to ensure delivery of budgets by working closely with management teams of Group companies
2. Strategy formulation & Execution
a. Drive the period Strategy review for the Group's core businesses and drive execution working with the respective functional leaders on a continuous basis.
b. Evaluate new business opportunities and review business cases for new investments
c. Be a part of core team to drive group level growth initiatives into new markets
d. Keep track of critical sectoral developments to highlight opportunities
e. Ensure output from external consultants on key strategy projects
3. Program Management - Critical Projects
a. Take a lead role in conceptualizing & executing various process transformations across the group.
b. Identify and get clear project sponsorship and ensure delivery from senior leadership
i. Define project scope, deliverables, work-plans, and timelines
ii. Establish mechanisms to measure & demonstrate tangible results
iii.Work in cross-functional and cross-geographic project teams
c. Lead and drive the specific delegated projects, to ensure delivery on objectives, eg.
d. Ensure that project objectives (Self owned and all those that are managed by Chairman's office) are achieved & a sustainable impact is delivered to the organization(s)
Salary offered: 9 - 12 LPA
