Credit/Fixed Income Research - Global Research

- Functionally would involve usage of following technical skills:

Financial Analysis :

- Performing financial / operational analysis and managing due diligence efforts - and have the ability to extract information from a variety of sources

- In-depth analysis of financial statements - historical

- Ability to build revenue models and forecast three-statements

- Computation and analysis of key credit metrics and liquidity

- Liquidation analysis

- Credit comps

- Relative Valuation analysis

- Recovery Analysis

Credit Analysis :

- Preparing detailed credit risk assessment reports in collaboration with client Analysts and Portfolio Managers

- Debt analysis

- Capital structure analysis

- Indenture summaries

- Covenant compliance analysis

Business analysis :

- Company overview

- Business segment analysis

- Historical business evolution

- SWOT analysis

- Industry analysis

- Market size and growth

- Key trends and drivers

- Competitive positioning
