- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Six Sigma Black Belt Certified - 7+ years or more years of process transformation/ Process Excellence experience (Two or more years in a managerial capacity); experience leading various operational functions in a process transformation environment - Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements - Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives - Ability to be persistent in working through challenges and doing whatever it takes to get the job done
