- Improve returns on spend

- Identify levers for function performance improvement and work closely with the function to drive change

- Stakeholder management - Work closely with Senior Leader in the company

- Analytical capability to support business decisions

- Looking for CAs or MBAs from good institute who have handled a portfolio and worked closely with Senior leaders in a MNC

- Work location can be remote to start with.. but in the long term, candidate should be ready to operate out of Chennai/Bangalore
