AVP-Record to Report Capability Leader As an AVP R2R Capability Leader, s/he will be responsible for 1. Developing and evolve the service offering strategies and roadmap working with internal Sutherland internal teams (TIG, PSG, Solutions) and third parties to well position Sutherland as differentiated in the marketplace. - Continually be aware of emerging trends for further evolution of the offering - Ongoing knowledge of world class opportunities in digital transformation, outsourcing evolution, industry specific trends - Research and obtain best in class metrics relevant in various industries 2. Client consultant providing transformation leadership and expertise, preferably across multiple industry verticals. - Deep understanding of how to evaluate client's current environment - Ability to assess challenges and how to turn those challenges into Sutherland opportunities that benefit the client and increase confidence with the client in Sutherland's capabilities - Ability to clearly communicate transformation roadmap and outcomes to the client 3. Sales and solutions support for client opportunities, both new and expansion of existing client footprints. - Ability to assess the scope and opportunity to provide thought leadership on strategy impacting win probability - Assess existing client engagement scope along with Client Partners, BPT, Sales, Service Delivery, Solutions, to identify opportunities for expansion of existing client footprint 4. On point for education and awareness sessions for the rollout of new offerings, trends, solutions, and other opportunities to sales, solutions, service delivery, other areas as necessary. - Must be able to influence various internal stakeholders and respond to challenge questions that will align the strategy with the attendees as ready for GTM 5. Collaborate with, advise sales and marketing on service offering campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition opportunities. - Evaluate and recommend strategic changes to the process to impact the campaign effectiveness - Provide industry vertical specifics on language and challenges to peak client interest 6. A recognized thought leader in the industry with a proven record of effectiveness in client relationship management, consultative collaboration, ideation, conceptualization. 7. Extensive expertise in both BPO and numerous aspects of digital transformation. - RPA/AI, BI, workflow, analytics, other - How to recognize BPO opportunities for optimization and how to articulate the "why" to the sales team and client We are looking for a Domain expert in assigned area of one or more of the following : 1. Record to Report and Financial Planning & Analysis 2. Qualified Chartered Accountant is a must 3. Experience leading clients on large transformational consulting projects for the assigned service offering 4. Solid understanding of the technology landscape for assigned service offering 5. Experience with consulting sales quotas 6.
