Sustainability Trainer - Green Supply Chain & Procurement Domain

We are a Singapore based Talent Solutions company. We facilitate work opportunities for middle and senior level professionals and experts for short-term, interim, part-time and permanent roles through our AI enabled Talent Marketplace Platform - SolveCube. We work with various clients in the management consulting, BFSI, IT, ITeS, large corporate houses, PE and VC firms across APAC and the Middle East regions.

One of our client a top global management consulting firm, is looking for Trainer to conduct a 50 hours upskilling course targeted at professionals working in the supply chain and procurement function that will enable them to reduce their value chain's carbon footprint, implement sustainable sourcing and increase supply chain resilience in support of their organization's broader sustainability agenda

Program launch date: End-July to early-August 2023

Cohort size: 40-50 participants per batch

Number of batch runs planned: 9-12 over 1-year period

Freelance trainers' coaching hours per batch: 15-20 hours

Contract terms with freelance trainers: Per-hour basis - to be negotiated

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and delivery training sessions in climate & sustainability topic with overall very high quality in class delivery, and act as mentor for learners

2. Guide learners through development of a real-world projects that will showcase their abilities

3. Mentor and coach learners during their hackathon and capstone projects' working sessions

4. Bring practical, hands-on industry knowledge to the discussion and training sessions to make the learning outcomes real and tangible for learners to apply to their jobs

Trainers should have:

- Domain knowledge: Well-versed in climate and sustainability topics (sample topics covered mentioned below)

- Industry/project experience: Experienced professional with prior industry / client-facing consulting experience in the field of climate and sustainability

- Training/coaching skills and experience: Very strong communication skills with the ability to help learners maximize learning outcomes from the sessions. Prior coaching / training experience will be a big plus

Good to have:

- High familiarity/past project experience and deep insights in Singapore's climate & sustainability sector

- Possesses or is willing to secure Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) Certification from Institute of Adult Learning (IAL)
