Qualifications MBA, CA, CFA, Masters in Finance/Risk Management

Scope and Responsibilities :
- Administer trading platform (ODIN/Omnesys/BOLT/NEAT etc) from risk management perspective.
- To control financial and operational risk and thus minimizing risk on client exposure and adhering to regulatory compliances.
- Framing prudent risk policy to manage business needs and thereby contribute to business growth.
- Segregation and allocation of client funds segment wise.
- Framing structure of various Risk MIS reports and presenting it to Management.
- To monitor the surveillance alerts generated thru vendor TSS for application Track Wizz pertaining to PMLA.
- Analyzing the system requirement from Risk Management perspective and contributing system logic towards development of risk management systems & applications.
- Developing and implementing processes, system logics and checks for overall risk management.
- Coordinating with IT team (as well as with outside vendors) for development and implementation of required system changes and new system developments, and conducting required testing in UAT before implementation.
- Monitoring regulatory changes, analysing its impact and making necessary changes in policies, systems, products, procedures & limits to comply with and implement the regulatory changes.
- Regular review of risk management structure (risk parameters, limits and processes) from the perspective of control as well as scope for improvement.
Job Competencies
- Minimum 7+ years experience of handling risk management of stockbroking, including online broking business.
- Excellent analytic ability to understand the diverse complex risk and business issues, analyzing and identifying the root causes and recommending solutions.
- To enhance service standards thru cordial relations with stakeholders.
- Updated knowledge of exchange circulars, regulatory and compliance requirements with ability to interpret and implement the same in timely manner.
- Closely working with related operational teams like Compliance, Accounts, Settlement, DP, etc for ensuring smooth business operations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills over written and spoken English.
- Proactive approach with meticulous attention to detail.
