Responsibilities & Deliverables :
- Help SEREKO generate qualified traffic, increase brand equity, and gain higher revenue and profit.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, optimize the user experience of the e-commerce website, manage e-commerce platforms, and lead a team of e-commerce specialists.
- Manage and maintain the E-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers
- Manage Marketplace management agencies to execute efficient listing, deliver multichannel eCommerce strategy, competitive benchmarking, and strategic marketplace campaigns for sustained online brand presence and revenues.
- Lead Pricing strategy, including rationale-backed discounts and Promotions campaigns
- Build a relationship network with Marketplace SPOCs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, monitor sales performance and key metrics, and establish efficient order fulfillment processes.
- Lead the sales strategy and execution for New Product launch planning (incl. Best practice benchmarking)
- Provide inputs for Creative execution (Copy & Design) for relevant marketplaces.
- Build system capability for Competitor benchmarking and keyword insights trends on marketplaces.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, assess promotional campaigns, and stay current with industry trends.
- Develop and demonstrate skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they are using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
Skills & Qualifications :
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in managing sales in the E-commerce / D2C space, preferably in the Beauty & Personal Care industry
- Solid understanding of E-commerce frameworks and Marketplace management
- Leader with a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, and motivate the sales team while building and
maintaining a high-performance team.
- Strong negotiating skills - successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
