Hiring - Credit Policy - AVP

Job Purpose :

- Maintaining Existing Policy along with regular review and amendments as per Policy performance

- Continues analysis of portfolio on different aspects to manage the risk Computation of CRAR and Leverage Ratio as per regulatory guidelines

- To work on new initiatives in Risk and Policy

Key Accountabilities :

- Preparation and implementation of loan policies for small ticket LAP products.

- System integration/enhancements for implementation of policies.

- Training of underwriting units in terms of new policies.

- Monitoring and management of portfolio through monthly portfolio analysis.

- To monitor and track Net Credit Losses (NCL) for the product.

- Competition benchmarking on a regular basis to enhance the product suite.

- To implement the learning from portfolio management as policy actions.

- Sound knowledge about loan processing systems and analytical ability.

Experience & Educational Requirements :

- B.com., CA mandatory

- 3-5 years of experience in policy making
