Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.&nbsp; - Create scopes of work Issue purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials and equipment. Maintain relationship and database of subcontractors and supplier. Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations. Ensure accurate take-offs to ensure budgets are accurate.&nbsp; - Checking random audit for stores inventory. Assist in settling invoice or contract disputes. Forecast upcoming demand Manage materials/equipment inventory.&nbsp; - Maintain subcontractor and supplier insurance policies.&nbsp; - Research new materials for design and cost savings&nbsp; People: Develop the next line of leadership as deemed necessary from time to time Maintain the relationship with other departments Strategy Variance to Expense Budget Value of Procurement Savings Overhead Forecast Accuracy&nbsp; Execution: Planning deadlines achieved Compliance with System Controls Supplier with contracts availability on time.
