Survey Designing Specialist
Core Skills Required :

- Survey design for complex statistical studies on pricing elasticity and promotions
- Engage 3rd parties and/or internal people programming the surveys
- Manage 3rd party vendors executing the surveys
- Conduct significance tests to ensure data quality and sufficiency
Main Characteristics : Challenges
- Translate business problems into a survey design, manage 3rd party execution of the survey, and build structured data sets accordingly to enable insights and actions.
Evaluation Criteria (Targets) :
- Projects delivered in time, in budget and without business disruption
- Project final analysis and deliverables signed off by country research stakeholders
- Final analysis implemented in better promotion strategy or pricing decisions

- Global Directors Sales (Trade Marketing and Revenue Management) & Marketing Insights
- BU / Country Managers and Directors
- Global Revenue Management VP
- Previous work experience required
- Experience building complex statistical models and analysis
- Conjoint or discrete choice analysis (multinomial logit modelling, censored regression, or experimental design)
- Survey research experience
- Proven skills in translating statistics into insights
- Experience in Pricing / Promotions strongly preferred
- Experience in CPG company strongly preferred
