Roles & Responsibilities :

- Profit center(s) head for North Bengal geographical zone

- Responsible for managing both top line and bottom-line

- Working closely with the HQ in ensuring service delivery, customer satisfaction, profitability and growth

- Rolling out new centers: Feasibility study, budgeting, infra set-up, team building, marketing

- Business Development

- Under the guidance of CEO managing projection and performance

Experience & Skills:

- 10 to 15 years of field / sales and marketing experience in healthcare

- Bachelor's degree required with MBA/executive MBA

- Proven success in defining marketing strategies

- Experience in business development in new territories in Healthcare sector

- Proven track record of managing profit centers with annual turnover of atleast 10 crores, 100 team members

- Leadership skills

- Strong network in territory target customer-supplier-strategic partners-government
