General Purpose of the Job:

1) Help in evolving sales, marketing and product/brand strategy to achieve the Top Line/Revenue targets regionally to GM-Sales

2) Ensure the marketing strategy is deployed / implemented in an appropriate way and as per the budgets set, with the help of team members.

3) Ensure sales efforts are made for wide reach to cover all potential customers in the region.

4) Regular field work with team members to provide on the job training

Exploring new markets to increase the referral base in the Region.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for delivering the defined target & desired growth of his region by leading a team of ASM & EXECUTIVEs month wise /qtr wise

2) Ensure all Areas in the region are meeting the sales objectives

3) Build a high performance team.

4) Lead the team to achieve the organizational objectives through proper goal setting, guidance, motivation & coaching.

5) Identify the talents in the market & then fill up the vacancy in the shortest possible time.

6) Develop a set of key opinion leaders in the region and create a good business relationship with these customers

7) Meet high value doctors and build long term relationship.

8) Manage brand equity and awareness amongst targeted customers.

9) Participate in strategy meetings & provide inputs to marketing department regarding the strategy.

10) Work on the motivation & competence of the team and lead the team of ASM/EXECUTIVE

11) Conduct CMEs/ SMALL ROUND TABLE DISCUSSION with KOL's and assist/guide ASM for conducting the same in future for creative a solid customer bank.

12) Extensive traveling within the region in order to get market insights from the total territory.

13) Track competition activities regularly. Document and communicate the same to the superior.

14) Regular and timely reporting to relevant internal stake-holders.

15) Analyzing reports of ABM and bring out insights to better support the team to ensure higher sales

Salary range - 8-10 LPA
