Roles & Responsibilities:
- To build and manage marketing function by defining strategy, focus areas, work plan and execution of marketing goal.
- Marketing Activities: Planning and executing Go-to-Marketing strategies, region-wise Marketing Promotions, Centre Launch activity planning and execution, internal and external communication. ATL, BTL as well as online/digital marketing in healthcare industry
- To develop channel-specific promotional marketing programs following the brand marketing strategy and business goals for center and corporate communication
- Branding & Lead Generation Activities: Responsible for Events Participation, Marketing Announcement Mailers, Marketing Collaterals and Corporate Gifts
- To establish and manage marketing activities - ATL, BTL, partnerships, PR & community management.
Experience & Skills:
- 7 to 10 years of sales and marketing communication experience in Advertising Agencies
- Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience required or MBA.
- Knowledge of healthcare will be advantageous
- Proven track record in managing outside vendors, keeping vendors on track and within budget.
- Proven track record in working effectively with cross functional groups, sales organizations, and operations.
- Deep understanding of focusing on consumer engagement - driving brand awareness, conversation, and advocacy.
