Suraksha Diagnostics - Manager - IT Infrastructure

Roles & Responsibilities :

- A good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies, tools and processes

- A strong experience in developing product positioning and market development strategies

- Determining customer requirements (via research, personal interviews, focus groups, surveys, roundtables, etc.) and translating them, through the development process and via alliances, Developing Concept to Manufacturing stage:

a) Pricing strategy

b) Promotional approaches

c) Branding

d) Product life cycle management, segmentation and the adoption life cycle

e) Sales support

f) An understanding of distribution requirements.

- Excellent writing and presentation skills.

- Works well with customers, sales, alliances, engineering and management.

- Should be able to work with and negotiate with internal teams to define the product

- Should be able to provide techno commercial inputs and position the offerings in RFPs, Major customers etc

Technical Skills :

- Sound understanding of Server, storage, managed services, Private & public cloud.

- Data center knowledge, IT infrastructure domain knowledge.

Experience & Skills :

- 10 to 15 years of strong IT experience ideally within a healthcare environment.

- Bachelor's degree

- Knowledge of healthcare set-ups will be advantageous

- Proven track record in working effectively with cross functional groups and operations.

- At least 3+ years relevant experience of working with both applications and IT infrastructure

- Ability to define and communicate requirements pre-deployment.

- Experience of managing complex projects/programs from design and development to production.

- Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.

- Ability to create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.

- Experience of planning and scheduling project deliverables, goals and milestones.
