Roles & Responsibilities:
- Brand positioning across all the major digital marketing platform
- Provide expertise in developing and adapting strategies for SEM/SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Personalization, E-mail Marketing, Customer Acquisition and Retention, Social Engagement and Brand Media
- Devise all campaign strategies, track and report on campaign performance and effectiveness and continuously optimize to drive better results
- Work with cross-functional teams (operations, sales etc.) towards timely and quality execution of marketing strategies
- Provide user experience, communication and creative inputs design teams
- Deeply understand customer behaviour, develop new customer insights via consumer research
- Continuously experiment with new technologies/offerings in the online marketing space to drive engagement and acquisition
- Outstanding written, creative and verbal communication skills in order to articulate the company's unique value proposition.
Experience & Skills:
- 7 to 10 years of sales and marketing experience in IT or a technology related field.
- Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience or MBA.
- Knowledge of healthcare will be advantageous
- Role requires a strong understanding of effective marketing strategies across all major digital media channels, conversion funnel optimization with the goal of new customer acquisition
- Candidate must be metrics oriented, knowledgeable of vendors and products relevant to digital marketing and management, and aware of trends in digital media
