SuprSend is a modern notifications infrastructure for companies - to help them deliver the best notification experience to their end users. Notifications today are broken. For a company, developers spend hundreds of hours building and managing a notification layer that lets them reach out to their customers effectively. This layer becomes complicated with so many channels to manage, and with scale there is poor visibility on user experience.

SuprSend is dedicated to solving this problem. It is a platform that companies can easily integrate with instead of building something of their own, so that their building experience is improved, their visibility and handle on notifications is improved, and their end user experience is also improved.

We are building the core team of SuprSend, and we are looking for a growth marketer to help us penetrate the US market. As a Growth marketer, your single north star metric will be growth at any cost, which should translate into creating buzz in the buyer segment and generating inbound leads.

Launched in 2022. Early stage startup. High energy and enthusiastic team dreaming to achieve big.

Roles & Responsibilities:

While this is not set in stone, here are a few things we expect you to do:

- Understanding the buyer, exploring all personas and use-cases. Be obsessed with the product-market fit research, it never ends.

- Run well-designed experiments and help us understand what channels work well: Consistently putting up more logos as customers is a common goal for everyone

- We are bullish on a community-led approach to marketing to developers, and we will want you to lead that.

- We strongly believe in the power of content: We expect you to build and scale content marketing.

- We hope for you to be someone who can interpret the capabilities of our team and product and tell the world about it - From leveraging founder brand/network to building a powerful product positioning.

- We also expect you to understand what SuprSend needs from marketing, and build a team once you feel confident about it. We expect this to happen in the next 6-8 quarters;

We roughly see your journey as:

- First 3 months ; Understand ICP and get inbound interests

- Next 6 months ; Figure out channels that work, scale them and automate them

- Next 6 months ; Build your team, grow and scale company and yourself

At a tactical level, here are a few things we think will work well:

- Scale traffic with content on 3rd-party; Social media, developer forums,

- Launch on platforms and communities like Product hunt (WIP),

- Work on nurturing with newsletters, automated emails etc.

- Build participation and engagement with community,

- Create bottom-of-funnel content like case studies, testimonials,

- Increase exposure in events, and host webinars/podcasts etc.

- Explore partnership and co-marketing opportunities with adjacent market;

Given the very early stage, you can expect the below:

- The charter might seem uncertain at times, we will figure it out together.

- Agility and frugality are core principles


- We are looking for someone to be excited about the ownership and speed it brings, and be okay with the mindset it asks.

- Being sharp with copywriting is a strong ask from this role, and so is being hands-on.

- You will work closely with founders: We will try to enable you with room to operate, quick decision-making, and with mentorship from people in our network.

- We are obsessed with evidence and hence data to back it up

- Being good with numbers will help us work better.

Who are we looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth role, irrespective of the stage of the company;

- Great if worked with leadership before;

- Added bonus: Have done growth for a dev tool
