- Supr Daily is looking to recruit a Manager: Category-Sell to drive growth of the groceries portfolio - Manager will work in the category team drive topline growth, user acquisition and retention in the category ; while managing spends to ensure that profitability guardrails for the category are met - Role: - Drive end to end execution of new projects that will have an impact on topline or profitability of the category. This include design, experimentation and scale up of new projects - Support Category Lead to launch new sub-categories ; new brands ; experiment on pricing strategies to improve ROI on the spend for category growth - Identify key 0-1 problems in building a new category and develop solutions through problem solving and data backed insight - Skills & Experience - Strong data first thinking - Able to independently work with and structure large data sets to build insights on their category - Sharp first principles problem solving and structuring ability - Strong stakeholder management to coordinate across business, operations and product teams - Effective communication skills - 1-3 years post MBA experience ; MBA from Tier 1 Institutes only - Ecommerce, category experience preferred but not required - Able to transition between execution / operations and strategy / insight. Willing to learn and equally excited about both category strategy and implementation
